CHAPTER 4Dwarven Metropolis was once the greatest of dwarven city-states. In its heyday the mechanized army of dwarves has successfully repelled the invasion of the old god and his demon army. But it is said, that the returning warriors have brought seeds of corruption with them, and that victory was the beginning of the end for the underground kingdom.

Dwarves are not much different from regular humans, and their distinguishing feature seems to be their short height, red beards and large battered-looking noses. They share the common characteristics of dwarves in other works of high-fantasy, having a fascination for the mining and forging trade. Also, they do not appear to have the equivalent of a female among their population, which is also true of other fictitious dwarven races.

If Bhelen is crowned king, he calls for Lord Harrowmont's execution to ensure unity in preparation for the Blight. If Harrowmont is crowned instead, Bhelen calls on a group of loyal deshyrs and attacks Harrowmont and the Warden, dying in the ensuing brawl.

If Bhelen becomes king, he rules as a reformist and works to strengthen Orzammar's connection with the surface world. He embraces military aid from Ferelden if a dwarven Warden asks for this as a boon, reduces restrictions on trade with the surface and offers the casteless greater rights and privileges in exchange for military service against the darkspawn. This policy allows Orzammar to reclaim lost territory and push the darkspawn line back past the Trenches, but angers the warrior and noble castes. After several attempts on his life, Bhelen dissolves the Assembly and rules alone. Opinion is divided as to whether he should be remembered as a tyrant or a progressive ruler determined to drag Orzammar into the modern world.

King Aeducan has put considerable coin behind Empress Celene during the Orlesian Civil War in hopes that trade in foodstuffs will resume quickly and the riots over food shortages in Orzammar will end. If the Warden is alive and of dwarven Origin it is mentioned in dialogue that he refuses to declare them as dead and he has vowed to search for their Paragon.

Ulgrim is a dwarven Legend in Brawlhalla featuring the Axe and Rocket Lance as his weapons. He can be unlocked for 5400 gold. Ulgrim's skill at forging fantastical weaponry helps him in the eternal tournament, as he fights with his own creations with the same energy as he put into making them. 041b061a72
