The price of a taxi in Fiumicino airport
Folks, I haven't been to Rome in 2 years, how much have cab prices gone up? I'm flying in a week to Fiumicino airport, need to get to the city center from there. What is the average cost of a taxi now, can anyone tell me?

I don't think you're going to like the trend of rising cab fares in Rome very much. I was there last summer and for a cab from the airport to the city center I paid 70€, my friend told me that it was still cheap and gave me a GetTransfer https://gettransfer.com/en/directions/italy/rome/airports/fiumicino card. He asked me to turn to them next time and feel the difference for my wallet. I listened and booked an airport shuttle from them when I got home, it cost me 40€. You understand, the difference in price is decent.
