Statistics and intuition in action
One evening, my friends and I gathered in the kitchen at my house. Wine, snacks, conversations about everything. One of the guys told me that he started playing at an online casino, but not just anywhere, but only on a trusted resource. Naturally, we started making fun of him, saying that gambling is evil and all that. And he calmly took out his phone, opened read more and showed how everything works. Of course, we couldn’t resist and decided to register too. At first, five of us played from one account, joked, argued about who would press the “spin” button. Then everyone created their own profile. This turned into a small tradition: a couple of times a month we get together and launch a slot tournament among ourselves. Whoever wins gets to order a pizza. We don’t play for large amounts, but we play cheerfully, amicably and unexpectedly passionately. No one expected that it would bring us so close.
