Pracovná zmluva a konkurenčná doložka

Dostala som novú pracovnú ponuku v IT sektore, ale v zmluve mám takú konkurenčnú doložku, že sa mi z nej krúti hlava. Píše sa tam, že 2 roky po odchode nesmiem pracovať pre nikoho v obore, inak zaplatím mastnú pokutu. Zdá sa mi to strašne obmedzujúce a neviem, či je to vôbec legálne v takomto rozsahu. Máte s tým niekto skúsenosti? Podpisujete takéto veci bežne, alebo sa snažíte o tom vyjednávať? Nechcem si zavrieť dvere do budúcna len preto, že som si poriadne neprečítala drobný text v zmluve. Poraďte nejakého experta na pracovné právo.

Dva roky je fakt veľa, zákonník práce má na toto celkom jasné pravidlá a často sú takéto doložky v zmluvách neplatné, ak ti firma za to nevyplatí primeranú náhradu. Ja si dávam každú zmluvu pred podpisom skontrolovať, je to lepšie ako potom riešiť súdy. Dobré skúsenosti mám s webom https://pravnikov-sk.com/  riešia aj pracovnoprávne veci a zmluvy. Mne raz takto vyškrtli zo zmluvy jednu fakt nevýhodnú podmienku a zamestnávateľ s tým nakoniec nemal problém, keď videl, že viem, na čo mám nárok. Určite to nepodpisuj "naslepo", ide o tvoju kariéru a slobodu v rozhodovaní.
